It was my very first to dubai and searched google and booking.com both and had got to know about this property.. There were a lot of negative reviews before the visit which had started giving me second thoughts...but i'm not saying all of those are fake, sone might have happened but trust me it was a lot of people in dubai as it was the peak season and this time had the highest turnover in tourism in dubai... yet these guys managed and did a very great job..no complaints at all and got this property at a very cheap price comparatively as had booked it 3-4 months back.. Thank you booking.com for hassle free booking experience and always being there for solving the doubts and the hotel for treating every customer no matter which part of the country from my start of the trip till the very end - Like a King.

The staff were all great and very friendly. The rooftop pool and view of Dubai was rather amazing, specially at sunset. The rooms were a bit small but very nice and cozy. Nearby right next door is a nice place with a nice food selection. Neelam the manager was very sincere and kind, and made sure that we enjoyed our stay.

Iman

The room is great , same as shown in picture and it comes with a decent size bathroom and toiletries . the cleaners dhanuska and shankara took good care of the room and provided a 100% satisfactory cleaning services during our stay. the location has supermarket and food options near by so overall a good experience.

Room was quite good, cooperative staff,People working there are very friendly and always try to help, breakfast was really good as well.Nearby right next door is a nice place with a nice food selection.The location was also good and supermarket and restaurants are just nearby.

Nice hotel, good price. Staff is very polite and helpful. Especially when i came from long trip the staff helped me to check in earlier at 10 am. At 13 floor there is a good massage and spa. In January we are planning to come again.
